We want you to be happy with RecipeScan. If you're not, here's how refunds work — no hoops, no hassle.
If you subscribe and change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Refunds after the 7-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you've experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
We don't offer refunds on renewal charges if you forgot to cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date via the billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
